The location of this hostel was fantastic, with stores and a clinic right around the corner. It was also conveniently located near the main square, an easy walk to all the sights. the social area was a great place to relax and meet other travelers. the rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast provided was quite basic and could have been more substantial.

For the price we paid, Intro Hostels offered great value. Our private room was spacious, rustic, and affordable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from San Francisco Plaza, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The staff at the hostel were friendly and helpful, especially Sergio, were really good to assist us and even allowed us to store our luggage when we weren't staying there. Highly recommended!
The food for breakfast could be improved by offering a better variety of options.

The value for money at Intro Hostels was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal, with Plaza De Armas just a few blocks away, surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even willing to change my reservation when I arrived late due to a strike in town. The highlight was definitely the hot showers and the unique touch of having cleaning done throughout the day.
The only improvement I can suggest for breakfast is to have a more extensive menu. The included egg, although tasty, would sometimes sit for a while and get cold.

We got fantastic value for our money at Intro Hostels. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and the location was perfect, just a few minutes away from all the main plazas. The staff treated us like family and were always happy to help.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering hot water after midnight. It would be great if they could leave a couple of temperature bottles outside at the terrace for those of us who enjoy a late cup of tea or coffee.

The atmosphere at this hostel is amazing, with a cozy common area where you can meet fellow travelers and relax around the fireplace. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hostel offers a separate shower for women, which is a great advantage for solo female travelers. The value for money is also great, with a basic breakfast included in the price.
Some of the rooms can be noisy, especially the dorms facing the street, due to traffic in the morning. The doors of the rooms are also noisy and could use some maintenance.

Guests can enjoy a nice breakfast and the receptionist, Freddi, goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. the hostel also offers luggage storage for guests going to Machu Picchu. the courtyard is a lovely place to relax and socialize, with amenities like a pool table and firepit.
Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.

The location was great, just a short walk away from the main attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and warm blankets to keep you snug during the cold nights. Plus, they offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
Sadly, the bathrooms were not the cleanest and could use some improvement. the lack of ventilation in the rooms made them quite damp, which was not very pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at Intro Hostels! The location was perfect, close to restaurants and a supermarket, and just a short walk to the main square. The hostel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the food deals in the evening were great. The showers were some of the best I've experienced in South America. And of course, the view from the male bathrooms was amazing!
